So, there will always be the urge to condemn your workplace or boss to the rest of the world. Especially when you are serving your termination period and there are A LOTs of stupid things being said behind your back. What the fuck??
While ranting and venting your angry thoughts might make you feels good and healthy for your heart, it is not healthy at all for your boss and your testimonials. LOL. While Facebook status seems to be the perfect place to vent-out, be alert that it can also be used against you in court if the boss decided to sue you. Hahaha.. And that is my dear, the worst nightmare!
Getting fired is the worst situation that could happen to just anybody. But for my case, at first, I quit with dignity and virtue. I even offered myself to help my boss should he could not find any replacement for me any time soon by being a part-timer. Unfortunately, he did not think of it as me helping him, but rather as me asking for his favor. Therefore he went around spreading the words that he does not have the heart to tell me that he is not going to hire me as part-timer after I quit. Oh now it seems like I was going to be fired due to my incapability and my 'generous' boss is so 'kind-hearted' NOT to fire me. Hail Boss!
Can't wait for the termination period to end. Well do not worry, I am a professional therefore I shall resume my works as usual and serve it with virtue. Yet you, my soon-going-to-be-ex-boss, oh can you do me a favor by not trying to ruin my image and future anymore? After all, these 4 years of working with you didn't seems to be worthy enough for me to be treated nicely before my last day? Or at least, say something nice about me to your future employee.
But still, I'm wishing the best for you and the company.
